AND THIN FILMS

The International Sol-Gel Society will organize from August 24-27,
2008, an International Summer School dedicated to nanoparticles and
thin films from sol-gel.
The School will be held in Porto Conte Science Park close to Alghero,
which is located in the North West Sardinia in Italy. The School
will be an important opportunity to meet specialists of the field
and to discuss with them in an amusing and friendly environment; a
number of 35 participants will be admitted to the School in a
first-come first-serve basis.
The location is easily reached by the main Italian and European
Airports; several direct flights are operated by low-cost companies. |
Education & Training
The International Sol-Gel Society is an
interdisciplinary, not-for-profit organization whose
purpose is the advancement of Sol-Gel science and
technology. To accomplish this purpose, the Society
encourage the exchange of information in the field of
Sol-Gel science and technology through education,
training and research.
Course Materials, reviews and tutorials are available
for the members at the "Members Area".

Gateway"
