It is now only 11 months before the Opening Ceremony of Sol-Gel 2021, which will be held in the 2000-year-old UNESCO World Heritage city of Lyon. Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations will be available soon, together with details about our Invited Speakers.
An important aspect of the ongoing success of the International Sol-Gel Conference series across its 40-year history has been the generous support provided by sponsors. A variety of sponsorship options are available for SolGel 2021, including advertisements on the cover page of the program (1000 €), bag inserts (pens, USB keys, etc, 1000 €), sponsoring coffee/tea breaks (1500 €) or the Gala Dinner (5000 €), etc. Booths will also be available for Exhibitors who wish to interact directly with conference delegates (4m2 Booth, 2500 €; 8m2 Booth, 5000 €; 12m2 Booth, 7000 €). Planning for Sol-Gel 2021, which will be held in the 2000-year-old UNESCO World Heritage city of Lyon, is gathering momentum, with pre-registration now open (see registration site of SolGel 2021) and Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations scheduled for opening in September. The conference excursion, which will be held on the Wednesday during the conference week, will feature a tour of the famous wineries of Beaujolais and a visit to the wine museum.
As previously indicated, a vibrant social program will be provided for Delegates and Accompanying Persons. This includes the conference excursion, which will feature a tour of the famous wineries of Beaujolais and a visit to the wine museum.
On the Saturday after the conclusion of the conference, a post-conference day tour to Mount Blanc will be organised, with participants either visiting the Aiguille du Midi or taking the train to the Ice Sea.
